Thanks to all who participated in tree planting on the trail side of Oathill Lake on June 4th. Trees were provided by Adopt A Stream and 12 volunteers planted roughly 150 red spruce saplings in less than an hour! Hopefully many of the little trees will survive and thrive and ultimately replace the many trees that have been lost in this area due to a number of hurricanes and other strong wind events in recent years.
